ERIN MAHONEY

PRINCIPAL | CO-FOUNDER

Erin has over 20 years of management and consulting experience across multiple industries and functions. He brings extensive project execution experience with diverse initiatives spanning multiple industries, specializing in long-term, complex, cross-functional and transformational projects. As a seasoned executive, Erin can navigate seamlessly across all levels of an organization. He is able to effectively lead project teams and manage the natural complexity, risks, and conflicting priorities of large programs.

Some examples of Erin’s client engagements include: complete overhaul of client’s channel sales program; transformation of a client’s software licensing and pricing strategy; new web portal and back-end of licensing and entitlements for a client’s multi-billion dollar software division; transformation of a client’s NPI process; multi-year, multi-million development projects.  Previously, he was the COO of a digital services company and has experience in investment banking, real estate and financial services. Erin is also fluent in Spanish and has lived or worked in Spain, Mexico, and Argentina.

Erin earned a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from UCLA. In addition to his passion for consulting and project management, Erin enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

DANA MAHONEY

PRINCIPAL | CO-FOUNDER

Dana brings a 20 year track record as an executive and consultant in strategy, marketing and project management.  She has significant experience in designing and leading implementation of marketing technology platforms with client CRM and back-office system integration.  She develops and rolls out new service offerings for clients. Dana has expertise across multiple industries, including financial services, Fin Tech, Healthcare, Healthcare Technology, consumer brands, real estate, and professional services. Dana is an analytical, creative, results-oriented problem solver with a strong focus on generating results for her clients, while remaining mindful of the bottom line.

Dana holds a BA in Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley, an MA in Communications Management from The Annenberg School at the University of Southern California, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from UCLA. Dana enjoys raising her three daughters and watching them participate in dance and debate events and competitions.
